We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide a 24 hour notice. This allows us to be able to adjust our schedules and possibly accommodate a client on our waiting list. Your time and appointments are very important to us and we do understand that sometimes life just happens, however, if no show cancellations or no shows become habitual (2 or more consecutive appointments), you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in 50% rebooking fee that will deduct from your next service. Should you have to reschedule the same appointment again, the fee will be forfeited.
No show will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
All product sales final
All services and retail are non-refundable, however if you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of service.
We will try our very best to accommodate your original service booked, however, tardiness is a major disruption in our day and affects other clients' appointments. We will give a 10 minute "grace period" to arrive to your appointment. Anything later then that will be subject to reschedule or an abbreviated service based on the stylists' descretion.
*An abbreviated appointment means you may not be able to receive the whole service or finish time that you booked for. This will be discussed between you and your stylist before any service is provided.
*If something does "come up" please call us and we will do our best to work with your schedule. We appreciate and respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
